PEER POWER FIT health program takes the counter productive energy of peer pressure and flips it. We use the energy of positive group reinforcement to achieve your fitness, nutrition, and health goals.

PEER POWER FIT An 11 week program that eliminates all the guesswork from your diet, nutrition & fitness routine.

PEER POWER FIT PROGRAM
Choose the time that works best for your active lifestyle. Be specific as this is not a floating hour: 2 – 4 people per time slot.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:  6am, 9am, 12pm, or 5pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6am, 9am, 12pm, or 5pm
Wednesday is always a Cardio push day
Saturday and Sunday Outdoor Circuit Training
STREND challenge is the first Sunday of every month

Weekly weigh in Monday or Tuesday – depending on your Gym Work Out Days

Training Includes
Endurance Stretching - Yoga-Pilates Fusion
Agility Ladder- Core and Balance Strengthening
Slide Board – Speed, Balance and Endurance Training
Boxing / Kick-Boxing – Confidence and Self Defense
Weight Training – Overall Muscle Conditioning and Toning
Circuit Training – Anaerobic and Cardio Conditioning
Swimming - Build Muscle Strength and Endurance

PEER POWER FIT COST - use the payment plan that works best for your budget:
1 payment of $1500
2 payments of $800
3 payments of $600

2x a week in the gym
No Gym Fitness - Outdoor Circuit Training Saturday and Sunday
