OUTDOOR CIRCUIT TRAINING
This challenging outdoor fitness training program is designed to condition the entire body and mind with an emphasis on having fun. In an on-going series of fitness classes with a different fitness challenge each week.
Basic methodology of this outdoor fitness experience includes aerobic and anaerobic exercises, agility drills and speed & endurance conditioning. Some of the core exercises include balance, flexibility training, endurance stretching, interval training and various cardio exercises which may include wind sprints, running stairs and jumping rope.
Since all of the workouts are body-weight oriented, all levels of athletes can work out side by side and get maximum results at their own level. What to bring? A winning no quit attitude, yoga mat and water.
This 4-week training program is designed for three and up to ten people at a time. You can organize your own group or simply join an existing group and make new friends along the way.
