WEEKEND CIRCUIT TRAINING Four sessions $100 (to be used within 1 month)
Basic methodology of this weekend warrior experience includes aerobic and anaerobic exercises, agility drills and speed and endurance conditioning. Some of the core exercises include flexibility training, endurance stretching, interval training and various cardio exercises which may include wind sprints, stairs and running. Since all of the workouts are body-weight oriented, all levels of athletes can work out side by side and get maximum results at their own level. This 4-week training program is designed for three and up to eight people at a time. You can organize your own group or simply join an existing group and make new friends along the way. |
